What happened after the happily ever after?
You all know the story of The Wizard of Oz, but did you ever wonder what happened after the fairytale ending? Well we know. Not all afters end up happily, sometimes the real adventure starts much later...
Evil magic has been shattering its way from Urbis and across the twelve kingdoms. Clement couldn’t approach the capital city, and I’ve found myself increasingly unable to imagine a future without him in it. So we’re taking the long way back to Oz. But in between Winged Monkeys, wicked spells, and the ever-present threat of recapture, getting home may be beyond even my newly discovered powers.
Following famous fairytale characters, eighteen years after their happily ever after, the Kingdom of Fairytales offers an edge of the seat thrill ride in an all new and sensational way to read.
Lighting-fast reads you won’t be able to put down
Fantasy has never been so epic!

Jakon and Clement gotta catch a break at some point, right? While the journey might be rough, at least the company is good - and the flirting never stops. What should be a simple trek back to OZ is anything but. Lots of adventure, a few familiar faces, and a stolen kiss make this a fun, quick read. The nods to OZ and parallels to Dorothy's trip are a nice touch. And the threat to OZ is finally starting to be revealed. Knowing is better than not knowing - but no one wants bad news! You can tell the series is getting closer to the final showdown in Urbis too - quite a bit of discussion regarding the other kingdoms, changes in magic, and the looming threat. Jakon is torn between his worry for his family and the larger problems that seem to be threatening them all. This is book 3 of 4 in the OZ arc and all 4 books need to be read in order to make sense. This series references kingdoms previously visited in the Kingdom of Fairytales series and a couple yet to come. If you are not familiar, Aboria is where Fallon of the Beauty and the Beast retelling is from and the events in this book take place after those chronologically, but are completely independent and both series can be read independently. This is an honest and voluntary review of an ARC
Jakon Gale the Gale master XD. I just love how full of irony this series is. And now Glinda's on the scene! Wicked witches and flying monkeys beware!
I am living this series! Captures by and pulls you into the world's of Fairytales. It is so interesting how all the stories 're tying together.
I have enjoyed each of the books in this series. There has been life lessons taught in each of the books that have worth reading. In that a lone has made the. Interesting I would recommend this series to anyone.
After much plodding in the earlier chapters, we now are in Oz and a plot thickens! Glinda is now a real part of the story, and there's high hopes for book four!
