What happened after the happily ever after?

You all know the story of Beauty and the Beast, but did you ever wonder what happened after the fairytale ending? Well we know. Not all afters end up happily; sometimes, the real adventure starts much later...

After escaping the clutches of a mad man, Prince Fallon is now enemy number one in the Kingdom of Aboria and the new king wants him dead. To avoid execution and reclaim the throne, Fallon will have to put faith in his new shape-shifting powers, some old friends, and a little bit of magic. Except a magical arsenal may not be enough to win this fight. The enemy has his own powers and controls the one thing that might be the key to Fallon’s undoing—his heart. In the thrilling final chapter of Fallon’s story, only one can wear Aboria’s crown.

Following famous fairytale characters, eighteen years after their happily ever after, the Kingdom of Fairytales offers an edge of the seat thrill ride in an all new and sensational way to read.

This has been a pretty good series so far.

It's not really a "Beauty and the Beast retelling", because this is not about Beauty and the Beast, but about their son. It is part of a longer series of books, not just these 4... and all of them are going to merge together near the end of the series as the story progresses. Each 4 book set *can* be read as a "stand alone" set, each set is about a different fairy tale character's son or daughter, with their own adventure to accomplish. My opinion of the books has been a bit of a roller coaster ride. Sometimes I can't put it down, and other times it's days before I pick it up again. And the editing for the most part is pretty good, except in some of the books, there's a lot of grammar/spelling errors. "There" instead of "their" for example. For me, that interrupts the immersion of the story because I'm too distracted by the mistake. But having said that, the stories over all are very enjoyable, unique adventures in each, magic and romance, and a bigger story to look forward to as all of these characters meet each other!

What an amaaazing finale

Fallon is in a whole lot of trouble. How to get out of it? What an amaaazing finale to the Fallon books! This was crazy suspenseful and ridiculously good! Impossible to just read one chapter a day! I wanted more more more! This was my favorite in this series so far, and that’s saying a lot because I love love loved Azia too and Blaise etc. I had to force myself not to read too fast, as my eyes were gobbling up the wonderful words.

Loved it!

This book was well written and kept my attention. It was difficult to put down. I can't wait to read the next book in this year long series. It is interesting how they can come up with different challenges, for each fairy tale. I would recommend this series to anyone who has read and enjoyed books written by this group of authors.

Exciting conclusion to a thrilling series

Fallon's story has been intense from the beginning and this episode is no exception. Fallon and his mom have a few allies on their side and a plan to take back their kingdom from the sneaky, mind-controlling usurper who snuck his way onto the throne - but when do things every go according to plan? Well, I take that back, there is one plan that succeeds beautifully in this book, but you'll have to read it find out what it is. There were a few sweet moments too mixed in with all the excitement that help show just how much Fallon has grown in this short time. This is book 4 in Fallon's arc, and as with other arcs in the Kingdom of Fairytales series the immediate threats are contained but not all problems are solved. There is another cameo with a group of golden eyed 18 year olds at the end of this book and another journey begun in the quest to defeat the dark. Each character's 4 book arc can be read independently of the other characters' arcs, but within an arc the 4 books must be read in order. This is an honest and voluntary review of an ARC

Prince Fallon's Story is a satisfying tale.

My five star rating is based on Prince Fallon's Story up to where he meets the wandering group. Putting Eliana in charge of the group now is a bit of a turnoff. I know this is an interconnected series, but they have to do more together than just keep collecting characters from other kingdoms. Progress to their goal would be nice.
